For one of our founders, helping you is personal because an inexcusable act by an inconsiderate collector ultimately took the life of his grandmother. She was grossly harassed, and the stress of the call led to a stroke she never recovered from. This singular incident fueled in him a burning desire to become extremely well versed in the regulations and laws which govern debt collection.
